How to Season Your Blackstone Grill

I wanted to see just how well the Blackstone performed when cooking multiple foods at once. So, I loaded up the flat-top with pancakes, fried eggs and bacon. Popular for the taste they impart to the food they cook, charcoal grills are the favored choice of many cooks. A charcoal, or BBQ, grill helps maintain and add to the flavor of your favorite foods. The distinct, smoke flavor is championed by many of those who enjoy barbeques. Cooking equipment is restaurants come in different shapes and sizes.

That being said, cooking and consuming mostly fatty foods may offset those general health benefits. When Blackstone made its first flat top griddle back in 2008, the company intended to create a better cooking experience for the whole family. The cheeseburgers were diner-quality, and the timing of the pancakes and their sides was a cinch to figure out. This might sound like a cop out but why did you buy this thing? I know I preach every week about charcoal cooking, and yes charcoal produces some great burgers. The smash burger craze wasn’t unfounded, I believe some of your favorite burgers came off a griddle. The Blackstone helps you achieve this great feat of cooking prowess.

All of the ingredients came together very nicely, finishing all at the same time. This is a great addition to someone’s cooking arsenal – if they have an appropriate use for it. Now that I’ve hyped you up for an amazing blackstone camping grill snack, you’re ready to assemble all the ingredients! Then mix the rest of the melted butter with finely minced garlic and more BBQ seasoning.

Just a couple more ideas, I’ve done delicate flaky fish on this thing too. It works great, no more worrying about if your fish will fall through the grill or smelling up the house with the smell of fried fish!
